- Rolled out fully in Fall 2010 with eCollege LMS
- IT developed Tegrity Support Flowchart
- Getting more users
- Brown bag sessions
- Department meetings - Approached chairs to get time in their meetings
- Above workshops
- Word of mouth
- Advertising: Posters, e-mails (not so effective)
- Technology test for whether new technology is worthwhile (developed by one of their professors)
- Using it just because someone says it's good or is new and looks good?
- How much time do students need to learn it?
- How does new tech replace old?
- How will this technology help students' learning outcomes?
- Case study: Math professor who went from writing on multiple white boards around the room to recording with Tegrity and writing (and recording) on Smartboard
- Case study: Japanese language professor was spending six hours/semester on review. Now uses Smartboard and Tegrity to record reviews to be viewed outside class hours. Grades increased.

- IT "how-to's"
- Campus communication tool by HR
- Language Lab
- Admissions to use to create catalog of classes to show examples of courses to prospective students
- Success stories
- Student 'buzz' is up
- Reports show that use is increasing
- Getting reports of higher test scores in Tegrity classes
- Faculty changing teaching style to better accommodate Tegrity (e.g. switching from white boards to Smart Boards)
